About the Role
As a Senior SDET, you’ll architect and lead test automation for complex networking features, scaling frameworks to validate control plane, data plane, and hardware-software interactions. You’ll drive best practices in test development and mentor junior SDETs.
What You’ll Do

Architect large-scale automated testing systems for data center and telco networking.

Design simulation environments reproducing customer topologies (BGP EVPN fabrics, MPLS backbones).

Lead CI/CD strategy for continuous, automated validation of NOS builds.

Build and extend advanced test suites using pytest, nose, or equivalent frameworks.

Mentor SDETs and QA engineers in coding and automation practices.

Partner with development leads to ensure test coverage aligns with feature roadmaps.
What We’re Looking For

6+ years of experience in test automation, preferably in networking or systems.

Strong expertise in Python and Bash; capable of building 10k+ LOC frameworks.

Proven experience in test automation frameworks (pytest/nose) and scaling them.

Deep knowledge of data center networking protocols (BGP, EVPN, MPLS).

Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, and Git-based workflows.
