About the Role
As QA Team Lead, you will build and guide a team of QA Engineers and SDETs responsible for the quality of our NOS. You’ll balance technical leadership (test strategy, automation design) with people leadership (mentorship, team development, delivery accountability).
What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a QA team (5–10 engineers) across manual and automated testing.

Define QA strategy for functional, regression, and performance validation.

Oversee CI/CD pipeline integration of QA workflows.

Coordinate test planning with development leads across HAL, Control Plane, and Management Plane.

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of test cycles.

Act as the voice of QA in release and architecture reviews.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience leading QA teams in networking or systems software.

Strong technical background in test automation and network engineering.

Familiarity with major routing protocols and data center networking.

Experience managing CI/CD-driven QA environments.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
